How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. Our 'One Click Guarantee' ensures that if your plant arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
Do the plants come with the decorative pots shown in the photos?
All plants are shipped in standard nursery pots unless you select a decorative planter from our 'Add-on' menu. We offer a curated selection of ceramic and terracotta pots that fit each plant perfectly.
What is your return policy for live plants?
Because plants are living things, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant is unhappy or dies within the first 30 days, please send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?
Each product page features a 'Light Meter' guide. Generally, snake plants and pothos are great for low light, while succulents and fiddle leaf figs require bright, indirect sunlight.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, your new green friend will arrive via express climate-controlled shipping within 3-7 business days.
